The Series7
adapter plates for the Canon camcorders are high impact, low
profile ABS molded plastic conversion plates. The adapter
plate allows you to convert the existing battery mount to
a Series 7 mount, to allow the freedom and convenience of
one battery system powering multiple camcorder models. The
plate simply locks in to the battery compartment like a battery
would and the locking detent system, allows the user to simply
attach and detach the Series 7 SL-50 battery as you would
any other battery. The new lighting feature allows you to
simultaneously power the XD-L56S light for up to 4 hours with
the camcorder. Just choose the appropriate adapter model,
listed above, for you camcorder.
